Q: Are the speaking and listening tests difficult for you?

A: For me, speaking is more difficult than listening because I don't have much opportunities to speak in English. Therefore, when the teacher announced that we will have a test later, I was shocked and surprised. However, I had practiced speaking when I was preparing for GEPT and had practiced listening when I was signing up for Toeic test before, so I think that today's tests won't be too bad.

Q:What are the challenges you often face when you listen and speak in English?

A:I think the biggest obstacle for me is my emotion. I will feel too nervous to answer the question or feel too anxious to listen to what the video tape said clearly. So next time when I have listening or speaking test, the first thing I need to do is calm down and be relaxed.

My new plan this year

September 9th is the beginning of the new semester, also, it's my new life since I'm a sophomore from
now on. In order to welcome my second life in college, I need to make some plans. There are two
plans I want to establish. First, I want to lose weight because I've gain 2 kilograms in summer
vacation. For the purpose of losing weight, I need to exercise at least 30 minutes every day and eat
less than before. Second, I want to improve one subject, accounting, because it's my worst subject
when I was freshman. I need to concentrate on what teacher have said in every class carefully and
practice again and again until I fully understand. I think those ways can make me have the
improvement. Hope that I can achieve my goals this year.
